A 1983 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia Dental School, Dr. Pitts is passionate about developing positive relationships with his patients. He believes that any person that makes an effort to seek out his care is making a statement that they want to be healthy!
As he enters his 41st year as a dentist, he has continued his education and advanced postgraduate training from both the Dawson Institute and the Pankey Institute and served as a member of their faculty for 10 years. In 2010, the Pankey Institute’s director of education, Dr. Irwin Becker said, “Chuck, I am extremely pleased with your growth as a teacher, especially in how you always try to help others.”
Dr. Pitts has received multiple regimens of training from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in Botox, Juvederm and Voluma apllications for his patients.
Dr. Pitts has trained at the Sclar Center in Miami, Florida. His advanced surgical training there included Comprehensive All-on-4 Full Arch Immediate Function training as well as Soft Tissue Immersion training involving Periodontal and Peri-Implant Plastic surgery.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association. Dr. Pitts enjoys golfing with friends and fly fishing in western North Carolina. He and his wife Cheryl reside in Lagrange, Georgia.
